We have a fantastic opportunity for a Transformation Manager to join our Digital Experience teams in Madrid, Spain!

We are seeking a dynamic Transformation Manager to lead strategic change initiatives across our EMEA Value Acceleration operations. This role is pivotal in driving organizational agility, operational excellence, and cultural alignment as we continue to scale in a fast-paced technology environment. The Transformation Manager will partner with senior leadership to design, implement, and monitor transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact.

What you'll do

The key responsibilities are:

Strategic Program Leadership

o   Design and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives.

o   Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Solutions Consultant, Enterprise Architects and Value Director.

Change Management

o   Develop frameworks to manage organizational change, ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies.

o   Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, mentoring them through transformation challenges.

Operational Excellence

o   Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize workflows, systems, and structures.

o   Establish KPIs and dashboards to track progress and ensure accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement

o   Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across regions and business units.

o   Communicate transformation goals and progress clearly to executives and employees.

Innovation & Culture

o   Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

o   Champion digital-first practices and agile methodologies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in transformation, strategy consulting, or program management within a global tech environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with agile, lean, or digital transformation frameworks.
