As the Director of Pharmacy – 340B, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Main Campus' pharmacy department, with a strong focus on the management and compliance of the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations regarding medication handling, while driving safe, timely, and cost-effective medication use. You will oversee day-to-day 340B program operations, including compliance monitoring, reporting of savings, audit preparedness, and updates on regulatory changes. Through careful oversight of contract pharmacy internal controls and collaboration with prescribers across covered entities, you will help maximize program savings, support patient care, and safeguard compliance.
This is a remote position. A caregiver in this position works from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Applicants should reside in the Northeast Ohio area.
