The Nuclear Global Supply Chain IT Leader will be responsible for defining and delivering on the Digital Technology (DT) strategy for operations and digital The Nuclear Global Supply Chain IT Leader will be responsible for defining and delivering on the Digital Technology (DT) strategy for operations and digital transformation for the Nuclear supply chain. This role will partner closely with cross functional manufacturing site teams and will provide leadership to DT program execution for Supply Chain ERP, MES, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Maintenance Management and Shop Floor digital solutions, Lean program MGPP and deployment. Additionally, the leader will coordinate and lead the unified ERP/MES consolidation strategy and execution and the connected shop strategy/OT strategy in collaboration with the ERP, Engineering IT, CTO and CISO teams for contemporary manufacturing sites. The position will also lead the team responsible for stable operations ensuring daily management and seamless business operations continuity. The leader will manage, develop, and mentor direct reports in support of the overall Supply Chain targets around SQDC KPIs. IT leadership includes not only program implementations, strong data & analytics leadership, team management but also optimizing the application portfolio wing-to-wing process efficiency, and performance of pillar platforms to align with the overall digital thread vision, increasing productivity and improving product quality throughout the business.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the definition and execution of the Digital Technology (DT) strategy and business/digital transformations that enable productivity, efficiency, and growth across EHS, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Logistics.
- Define, Plan, and Implement the Manufacturing 4.0 digital strategy leveraging cloud, cloud native and contemporary data acquisition and management strategies.
- Spearhead Data/ML/AI/Safety initiatives such as Safety Oculus and machine vision-based solutions
- Establish the data pipeline to enable the Data/ML/AI/Safety initiatives
- Lead the implementation of Smart Procedures to ensure procedure adherence and quality
- Lead and support site lean and digital transformation roadmap strategy.
- Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership to define strategic and tactical roadmap of DT initiatives.
- Evangelize new opportunities possible with technology investment; challenge status quo and drive data/digital disruption.
- Help define and prioritize DT projects targeted to deliver most business value. Manage financial and resourcing constraints; define budgets and targets for individual projects and annual plans for the entire organization.
- Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes.
- Champion business transformation programs that cut across multiple IT disciplines and competencies.
- Lead application and application landscape optimization and simplification initiatives for standardization and base cost optimization
- Coordinate internal and vendor resources executing various projects across multiple programs.
- Coordinate allocation of technical resources
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with leadership of technical and functional teams external to the organization to ensure sufficient support and engagement.
- Manage executive stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
- Positively & collaboratively lead the team through change.
- Guide project teams through decision and pivot points as required.
- Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected.
- Own budget planning, distribution, optimal spend and budget tracking within the scope and for cross collaboration programs.
- Own the recruitment/performance management /career management of his/her team members. Provide clear directions, regular feedback, coaching and fosters team spirit.
- Manage risk and dependencies between organizations.
- Define and implement processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with GE stakeholders
- Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
- Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
- Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments
- Ensure ongoing communication of progress against program objectives
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes
- Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with others.
- Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 15 years of IT professional experience in leadership and program management, including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and organizations

- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $155,300.00 and $258,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
