The Department:

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) department serves several important purposes within our organization, primarily focusing on the management and utilization of HR-related data and technology. Key objectives include: data management, efficiency and automation, decision support, compliance and risk management, employee self-service and integration with other systems.

Purpose of the Role:

The PECI Integration Specialist typically reports to the HRIS Manager. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday PECI integrations, to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Design and develop custom integrations using Workday Studio for PECI (Payroll Extract/Correction Interface).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements and design integration solutions.

  • Configure and test Workday PECI integrations to ensure proper functionality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PECI integrations.

  • Provide support and maintenance for existing PECI integrations.

  • Stay current with Workday updates and new features related to PECI integrations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday PECI integrations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Workday HCM integrations.

  • A background in Finance and experience in Finance transformation projects

  • Experience in Workday Human Capital Projects

  • Competency with understanding implications of data and integrations on Workday Human Capital Projects.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with unit and end to end testing.
