As the market leader and innovator, we’re expanding and looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the National Short-Term Rental Controller team in our Warrington or Castleford office.
This is a fast-paced job, so the right candidate should enjoy spinning multiple plates all the time and be able to react to the inevitable curved balls that crop up.
If you’re organised and calm under pressure, we’ll give you the training to manage your regional customers and workshops to deliver outstanding customer service.
There are the usual metrics and KPI’s that we need to hit, but if you have the drive and passion to deliver exceptional customer service then these will be no challenge for you
What we offer:
Within this role, your main tasks will be:
- Liaising directly with customers and our sales teams to offer support with all new rental enquiries
- Liaise with workshops and Asset Controllers to schedule workload to meet customer’s expectations and our own commercial business requirements
- Liaise with accounts for setting up new customers, raising rental contracts to include maintenance and thorough examination processing
- Liaise with our dedicated transport company to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure all order, contract and PDI documentation is in order and filed as appropriate
- Deal with off hires, terminating agreements, field based off hire inspections and ensuring trucks are collected in the required time frame
