About The Role 

The  Revenue Operations Associate will help drive the day-to-day success of the sales organization by managing core elements of the Sales structure, including quotas, commission payouts, and core reporting. The person in this role will be an advisor to the global sales and operations teams, and will be responsible for helping crack some of the most important strategic and operational problems facing the revenue organization. We are searching for a candidate who is comfortable working in a cross-functional and highly dynamic environment and has experience working with and interpreting data into actionable insights. This role will be hybrid, and based in our Bengaluru office. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Quota and Compensation Support
    • Assist in setting up and maintaining sales quota tracking systems. 
    • Support sales leadership by gathering and organizing data to help inform compensation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Territory Management
    • Help with data collection and reporting for territory management to ensure consistent guidelines are followed. 
    • Contribute to optimizing sales coverage by supporting basic data management tasks.
  • Revenue Data Analysis
    • Perform analysis on sales data to identify trends, assisting in the preparation of reports that provide actionable insights for strategy.

  • Process & Data Quality Support
    • Support KPI tracking for sales performance and work with systems teams to maintain data accuracy. 
    • Help document improvements to streamline reporting and enhance data quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on objectives and data requirements. 
    • Act as a liaison between Sales Operations and other departments, fostering smooth communication and consistent data flow across teams. 

Requirements 

  • 1- 3 years of experience in management consulting, finance, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce and Looker
  • High degree of comfort working with sales teams, databases, and technology platforms
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets (V-lookups, pivot tables, complex formula statements)
