The Field & Channel Marketing Manager will collaborate within a cross-functional team to support Doppel’s event strategy and partner program. This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive in-person and digital event calendar aligned with Doppel’s marketing goals, including key industry conferences, trade shows, 3rd party webinars, company-hosted events that generate leads and strengthen relationships with decision-makers.

  • End-to-End Event Coordination: Plan and execute field events from start to finish, handling logistics, contract management, promotional efforts, and post-event follow-up and tracking.

  • Thought Leadership: Organize webinars, workshops, and other thought leadership events to position Doppel as a leader in AI-powered cybersecurity.

  • Sales Engagement: Maximize opportunities for the sales team to connect with high-value prospects during and after events, facilitating touchpoints that accelerate deal closures and foster deeper customer relationships.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track key metrics like attendee engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution to evaluate event success. Use data insights to optimize future events.

  • Industry Engagement: Identify relevant industry events and presentation opportunities in the region.

  • Channel Partner Collaboration: Work with channel partners and service providers to organize joint marketing activities. Provide ongoing support to channel partners and serve as the expert throughout the partner activation journey.

  • Program Alignment: Ensure field and channel marketing events align with demand generation programs to produce marketing-qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch initiatives.

  • Partner Program Content: Work closely with the marketing and channel teams on content creation and partner program management.

  • General Marketing Support: Assist with broader marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media engagement, email campaigns, and more, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and driving consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience, particularly with Event Management

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation, and project management skills

  • Strong budget management skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to assert ideas and solicit feedback

  • Strong writing skills


Bonus Requirements

  • Cybersecurity industry experience

  • Experience with channel account-based marketing and a strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem, specifically MSSP and VARs.

  • Experience in using marketing automation tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness
