Roles and Responsibilities
Support Electrification Segment Global FP&A leader to design segment FP&A framework and operating mechanism in Prolec
Serve a bridge between Electrification segment and Prolec to build FP&A reporting and analysis infrastructure and capability across orders, backlog, income statement, cash flow statement
Lead implementation of FP&A reporting & forecast, standard work on expectation and deliverables across monthly / quarterly closing, management reporting & analysis and key planning cycles business financial review, strategy session and budget review
Drive standardization of FP&A processes, definition and performance metrics; and Lead change management focus on training, communication and adoption
Direct continuous improvement initiatives of processes improving FP&A forecast accuracy, cycle times and quality
Track and analyze financial performance of Prolec against the deal model and collaborate with cross function teams to lead synergy and integration cost reporting
Partner with Electrification segment HQ FP&A team, finance transformation team to further improve reporting and analysis capability through financial systems improvement and process digitization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience and progressive responsibility in FP&A
Understanding of Corporate and Electrification Systems business FP&A process would be preferred
