We are seeking a proactive and experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) R12 professional ready to step into a true Team Lead role for the Procure to Pay functional support area.

Your role

As an Oracle EBS Support - Team Lead P2P, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of P2P functional analysts, ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery and proper prioritization of daily work.

  • Act as the main escalation point for complex incidents, conducting in depth root cause analysis and defining long term corrective actions.

  • Provide expert functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the entire Procure to Pay flow (AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, Payments), while managing cross module impacts with GL, Projects, FA, and HR/OTL.

  • Oversee daily monitoring of system processes, functional checks, integrations, and interface flows.

  • Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution during month end and year end close cycles.

  • Coordinate and participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validations for patches, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Collaborate actively with other Team members, DBAs, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners.

  • Review and maintain high‑quality functional documentation including requirements, test scenarios, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base materials.

  • Monitor and analyze recurring issues, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities. 

  • Provide guidance and targeted training to business users and team members. 

About you

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years hands‑on experience supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite R12.

  • Strong functional knowledge across P2P modules in at least one major area and working knowledge of cross‑module flows: AP, Purchasing, iProcurement, Payments.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, data validation, interface monitoring).

  • Ability to lead, mentor, prioritize workloads, and manage escalations.

  • Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

  • Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders. 

  • Strong prioritization and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple requests efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot issues effectively.

  • Fluent in English & Romanian; French is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience. 

Nice to Have

  • Understanding broader EBS functional processes to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

  • Exposure to system integrations and complementary applications within the ERP landscape, like Kofax MArkview, TreasuryExpress (TX), Concur.
