Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners, engineers, other product managers, and design experts to execute the business strategy.
Follow and develop knowledge of product management discipline and standards, instill product management best practices and standards within the team.
Work with third party technology providers detailing requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Advocate for the customers, always focusing on their needs and potential benefits.
Work closely with team members in UI, design and engineering groups to provide them accurate, in-depth and concise stories, use-cases and requirements.
Establish success metrics (KPIs) for product and feature launches.
Proactively monitor and communicate performance and conversion of products launched and how they can be optimized on an ongoing basis.
Remove and unblock impediments for product engineering and design team, focusing on delivering and launching great products.
Provide product leadership, and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within target timeframes.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience in product management, with proven delivery of applications platform products that support an eCommerce business
Bachelor s degree, and three years of relevant work-related experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
Success in working with web product teams collaborating with UX, project management product teams
Experience thriving in a fast paced, fast growing start up like environment.
Familiarity with complex application environments, prioritization methodologies and path to delivery
Understanding of organizations and the ability to focus and communicate based on audience
Energetic and hands on team player
Analytical skills ability to use data to drive decision making
High School Diploma or GED
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
