Job Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately assist with all incoming calls (English and Spanish) to The Idaho office main number, as well as walk-in clients and their employees.
  • Answer employee questions, or direct callers to appropriate departments.
  • Review Unemployment Notices: Responsible to respond to unemployment claims for assigned clients before they expire and attend unemployment hearings.
  • Full I-9 Compliance: Ensure forms are filled out correctly, filing according to current best practices, processing through E-Verify as necessary
  • Drug & Background Checks: Administer drug and background checks for clients, manage processes for hits/positive results
  • Verification of Employment: Process all verifications of employment and send to the requestor within 24-48 hours
  • Onboarding: Set up onboarding appointments with new hires and review their benefits packet or online onboarding
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be computer literate
  • Work as a team with the other HR Business Partners and Coordinators and be their backup as needed

  • Idaho Falls, ID 83401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid; 3-days in office 2-WFH

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
