Accelerate your career through a rigorous 12-month rotational program at Air Liquide Thailand. You will gain cross-functional exposure in Commercial, Finance, and Operations, driving strategic initiatives under the mentorship of senior leaders. This fast-track role is designed for high-potential graduates ready to tackle complex industrial challenges.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Function may vary depending on the requirement of the business unit head. Usual functions are as follows:

• Execute high-impact projects across the Commercial, Finance, and Operations departments.

• Report directly to Business Heads to support strategic initiatives at the group, cluster, and entity levels.

• Engage in immediate on-the-job learning by taking on real-world responsibilities from day one.

• Complete functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industrial gas business.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inter-departmental workflows.

• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.

• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies and market analysis.

• Support financial reporting and budget monitoring activities during the Finance rotation.

• Participate in site visits and operational audits to ensure alignment with global standards.

• Present project outcomes and strategic recommendations to the senior executive leadership team.

• Transition into a permanent position upon program completion based on performance and fit.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or a Master’s degree in a STEM field.

• A minimum CGPA of 3.0; overseas graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Early-career professionals with fewer than 3 years of experience in Engineering or STEM.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with a minimum TOEIC score of 800.

• Strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, self-driven mindset.

• A deep interest in the industrial sector and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Engineering profiles with a great interest to master the commercial and business side of the industry.
