AllSci’s platform allows researchers to publish all their ideas and experiments, explore the existing literature through novel and intuitive means, and get credit for their contributions to the scientific dialogue. AllSci’s platform will lead to significantly increased volume, value, and machine readability of scientific information and will address the issues of incentives, trust, and reproducibility that plague science today. AllSci has made significant technological progress and assembled a team of AI technologists and industry veterans.  We are currently beta testing our product.
 
AllSci is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help develop a state-of-the-art data-driven technology platform that will have significant impact on scientific knowledge creation and distribution. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for development and modifications of AllSci software products, leading the team on architecture and ongoing front and back-end development while simultaneously producing high quality code. 
 
The candidate shall have a thorough understanding of the development life cycle: planning, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. The candidate shall have the ability to communicate relevant information to various audiences both technical and non-technical. The candidate shall display a strategic view of applications and how they fit into the product space. The candidate shall be creative, comfortable working in small teams, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with US and non-US based developers. The candidate will collaborate with the product team, designers, research scientists, and engineers.
