If you’d like the chance to make your mark with the world’s largest equipment rental provider, come build your future with United Rentals!  As an Equipment Shoring Specialist, you are responsible for a variety of tasks in support of branch operations.

What you'll do:

• Return tools to proper storage/keeps tools organized

• Load and unload trucks with supervision

• Perform Forklift pre-use inspections

• Perform basic equipment visual inspection

• Vertical Shore assembling, testing and break down

• Plate coating and plate go no-go gauge testing

• Assist in safe MAPS assembly and Trench Box assembly

• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum two years as Equipment Associate or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years of experience handling Trench Shoring equipment

• Knowledge of steel sheeting and beams

• Basic Knowledge of engineered systems inspection and handling(HUB)

• Forklift certified

• Basic knowledge of shop tools and equipment parts

• Can assure and advise the customer
