Job Description-
The Role: Regional trainers will train our sales team on the ground for their role.

1. You will have to define strategies and focus on activities that will help the sales team achieve better sales results.
2. You will guide the sales team to improve their skills and motivate them to deliver quality performance.
3. You should have a good knowledge of various sales techniques, training domain, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Design training courses, coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities
2. Monitor the performance of all Sales Handlers and identify areas of improvement
3. Establish training needs by observing sales encounters & studying performance reports
4. Set monthly learning and development objectives for the sales team.
