Manage the analysis, implementation and documentation of the technical workday setup in the area of HCM inclusive the embedded Document Mgmt solution to ensure the design is well understood and aligned to requirements
Translate business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions
Facilitate design sessions with key stakeholders, while keeping technology capabilities and best practices in mind
Independently implement workday configurations, mange testing and technical documentation, and work with internal IT or 3rd party suppliers where needed
Proactively monitor new capabilities and identify opportunities to bring value to the HR organization
Establish a clear product roadmap using agile methodologies
Establish and apply governance structures needed to maintain a high integrity of the overall Workday design, in close partnership with other HRIS product owners
Support creation of training materials, and ensure 1st level support is equipped to handle common support inquiries and maintenance tasks
Serve as a 2nd level support over the respective product domain, and where applicable escalate issues with Workday or 3rd party supplier
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, alternatively a strong background in Workday HCM / Kainos EDM solution
Proven experience (> 2 years) in Workday HCM, certification is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams
