Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Okta Senior Developer to design, implement, and optimize advanced identity solutions using Okta Workforce Identity Cloud.
This role includes mentoring junior developers, solving complex identity challenges, and contributing to solution architecture and delivery.


Roles & Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management configurations in Okta.
-Build and optimize custom workflows, access policies, and SCIM connectors.
-Integrate Okta with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud applications.
-Automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes using Okta APIs and scripting.
-Supervise and mentor other Okta developers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
-Work on advanced Okta problems and contribute to solution architecture development.
-Collaborate with architects, testers, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Okta configurations and integrations.



Professional & Technical Skills:
--Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, including Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, and Okta Workflows.
-Proven experience onboarding applications for SSO using OpenID Connect and SAML, and for machine-to-machine communication using OAuth tokens.
-Proficiency in identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and API integrations.
-Skilled in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
-Familiarity with IGA platforms, SIEM, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
