Freese and Nichols is seeking a Real Estate Project Coordinator in our Fort Worth, Texas office. As Real Estate Project Coordinator, you will help with our company growth by assisting the Real Estate Manager and Project Manager(s) to execute project plans involving multiple internal and external clients and partners. Our current real estate portfolio includes 20+ offices and 10 coworking spaces.
Primary responsibilities include:
Support with the opening or expansion of offices including:
Ordering furniture
Ordering and installing security equipment
Installing data and white noise technology
Ordering and installation of project and conference room photos
Managing vendor moves such as coffee, printers and safety equipment
Organizing printing, kitchen, and storage rooms
Editing and maintaining floorplans
Managing installation of signage
Interior design as needed
You must be able to travel individually or with the team by car or air. Each month, there may 0-5 day trips. Each quarter, there may be a multi-day trip of 3-4 days.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, and Word
Preferred
Project management experience
Real estate knowledge
CAPM and PMP certifications
Experience with power tools
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50-75 occasionally
Ability to use hands overhead for a period of time
Ability to work with power tools
Ability to move up and down (off the floor) and using a ladder
