The Job/What You'll Do:
The Director, Network Engineering at Assetmark will lead the design, implementation, and operation of our enterprise-wide network infrastructure, spanning on premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role combines technical depth with leadership responsibilities, teams of engineers both onshore and offshore. The director will be hands on in network operations, engineering, and architecture, while also driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance, scalability, and security across Assetmark’s global environment. This role will also oversee Assetmark’s 24x7 Production Operations team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical systems and services. This leader will manage all production-related requests, incidents, and changes across multiple platforms, ensuring system reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational stability across a complex hybrid cloud environment.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $153,000-$175,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
