As a Senior Manager on the Inbound Communications and Channel Operations team, you will collaborate with cross-enterprise leaders and stakeholders in a fast paced, matrixed environment to deliver technological solutions tailored to business needs. You will create and execute a strategic roadmap for a portfolio of technical functions and products. Your work will create engaging, positive experiences that solve patient problems and improve colleague workflow.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Product Development

  • Set the business vision and oversee the design and deployment of technology enhancements.
  • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform iterative and agile design improvements and make stage gate recommendations to cross-enterprise leaders.
  • Lead end-to-end design and testing of prioritized initiatives
  • Facilitate and lead meetings, working sessions, status updates, collaborative forums, and communications to drive accountability; support the team in identifying and mitigating risks to achieve timelines.

Strategic Planning

  • Build and lead execution of a comprehensive roadmap that achieves key results
  • Govern the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of enhancement and innovation for products in scope including Conversational AI IVR
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional working teams, including engineering, operations, & analytics.
  • Leverage data and analytic insights to inform strategic decisions, monitor progress to targets, produce actionable insights and recommendations, and manage portfolio performance.
  • Navigate ambiguity and change to achieve goals despite potential obstacles.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders with strong written and oral communication skills.

Stakeholder Influence and Change Management

  • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to influence stakeholders and make impactful, audience-tailored recommendations as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate growth mindset and approach challenges and barriers with curiosity, creativity, and focus on what actions can be taken to drive progress.  Provide both constructive and appreciative feedback on ideas and key initiative.
  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments to promote a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving organizational goals.

Culture & Talent Development

  • Responsible for leadership development, succession planning, and driving engagement programs for the teams you oversee. Ensure development and mentorship of next generation of leadership talent.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by clearly setting goals and expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of total business/healthcare experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience of designing, implementing, and executing technology solutions in a business or product capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity to achieve goals.
  • Ability, and willingness, to travel occasionally, <10% of time, based on needs of the business.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of total business/healthcare experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Experience with AI-powered technology, particularly conversational AI
  • Advanced knowledge of retail business operations, including in-store pharmacy experience.
  • Direct experience with complex, multi-system technology builds at CVS Health
  • Intermediate coding ability in SQL or python.
  • Strong project management skills


Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
