As a Regional Program Manager - Trauma, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare by sharing expertise with clinical professors, residents, and students, while driving advancements through clinical trials and education programs. You will partner with healthcare professionals to deliver valuable insights, coordinate impactful workshops, and provide critical medical information that enhances understanding of cutting-edge products. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and professionals alike.
This is a remote role, supporting our program in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the U.S. You will be required to travel up to 50% to attend team and key stakeholder meetings across multiple teaching institutions.
What you will do
Manage internal and external resources that support an overarching strategic direction
Apply product and procedural expertise to HCP education programs
Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the key competitive landscape
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to design educational materials
Develop and manage customer-facing strategies, content, and education programs
Drive team collaboration with broader Medical Education, Product Marketing, and Sales Training teams
Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics, and content delivery
Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses
Identify and analyze Medical Education program metrics to evaluate effectiveness
Contribute meaningful input into the strategic direction for Medical Education
Identify potential areas of opportunity for new investments
Develop a KOL network, VOC initiatives, and surveys to gather customer feedback
Provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams
Allocate support and resources to leverage programs effectively
Develop Medical Education programs while adapting to customer needs and business priorities
Understand different communication channel strategies and their associated impacts
Articulate desired communication outcomes consistent with the Medical Education strategy
What you will need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of work experience
Familiarity with clinical procedures, medical devices, and healthcare protocols
Experience in managing budgets and spending
Proven experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical professors, residents, and healthcare professionals
Experience adapting programs to evolving customer needs and business priorities
Preferred:
3+ years of medical device or medical education experience
Experience developing and managing customer-facing strategies, content, and educational programs
Experience tailoring communication for different channels and audiences
Ability to clearly articulate strategic outcomes aligned with Medical Education goals
Ability to identify emerging trends and new opportunities in medical education and healthcare delivery
$85,500 – $182,100 salary plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
