The Role
Veeva Systems is seeking a China Country HR Leader (Employee Success) who is experienced in driving HR operational excellence with a customer centric mindset, passionate about people and growth, and is business-oriented with exceptional business partnering skills.
The Employee Success leader will be a people-oriented advisor and a trusted thought partner to the local leaders, enabling managers to identify, develop, and retain talent to build and sustain high performance at Veeva. This role will be responsible for in-country HR team leadership including HR Operations & Business Partnering, Talent Attraction, and Workplace Services. The Employee Success Lead will identify opportunities to lead projects that enable operational excellence that focus on driving employee success for our China team members based out of multiple cities.
