Key Responsibilities

 

1. Solution Design & Architecture

 

Participate in endtoend solution design aligned with client requirements.

Conduct requirements gathering, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.

Collaborate with Product teams to develop architecture diagrams, integration blueprints, and technical documentation.

 

2. EndtoEnd Implementation

 

Configure, customize, and deploy solutions as per project scope.

Develop scripts, automation, integrations, and custom components as required.

Support unit, integration, UAT, and production readiness testing activities.

 

3. Client Engagement

 

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project lifecycle.

Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Conduct customer workshops, training sessions, and knowledgetransfer programs.

 

4. Partner Enablement

 

Participate in the Partner Enablement Program to onboard and train partners for P2G implementations.

Mentor partner teams on endtoend P2G implementation processes to ensure independent execution capability.

Conduct sessions on runbooks, integration approaches, configuration workflows, and common issue resolution.

Work closely with the L&D team to update runbooks, configuration documents, and enablement materials.

 

5. Project Leadership

 

Provide technical leadership to project and partner teams.

Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk management activities.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.

 

6. Support & Optimization

 

Troubleshoot complex issues and provide L3 support.

Optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and best practices.

Advise clients on enhancements, upgrades, and roadmap alignment.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

 

Strong expertise in the Payments domain, customer onboarding, and GPP / GPP_SP.

Handson experience with system integrations, APIs, SSO, implementation processes, and automation frameworks.

Understanding of cloud environments and related operational processes.

 

Professional Skills

 

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and customer interaction abilities.

Capable of leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.

 

Tools

 

GPP_SP/GPP, P2G, JIRA, Click UP, Service now, SFDC, SQL developer, Azure_AD & Jenkins

 

Experience

 

5–10+ years of experience in technical implementation, solution delivery, or consulting roles.

Demonstrated experience in leading complex enterprise implementations.
