<title>About the role</title>

In this role you will contribute to one of the most critical teams within the Bolt Food organisation. You will be responsible for financial planning and budgeting, efficiency analysis, business modelling and strategic projects within Bolt Food business unit. You will be a strategic partner to numerous HQ, regional and cross-functional teams, supporting them with actual performance review, efficiency insights, financial planning and strategic guidance on business growth, financials, P&L and various improvements.

This role requires excellent communication skills to work with tens of country teams on a regular basis, strong business judgement, as well as strong analytical, problem solving interpersonal skills combined with solid corporate finance knowledge and financial modelling skills.

• <point>Execute budgeting, monthly forecasting, efficiency & controlling processes (together with various
  stakeholders)</point>
• <point>Develop and supervise financial models for strategic/financial purposes (e.g. strategic planning,
  top-down budgeting, scenario analysis, board discussions)</point>
• <point>Participate in long-term business strategy development and regular updates</point>
• <point>Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing unexpected variance</point>
• <point>Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams</point>
• <point>Prepare and update regular reporting materials and perform ad-hoc financial and industry related
  analyses to uphold strategic decision-making.</point>

• <point>At least BSc in Economics and Finance</point>
• <point>Strong knowledge of financial & business modeling, financial & budgeting tools</point>
• <point>At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance / business valuation (Big-4), financial
  planning & analysis or other related fields</point>
• <point>Strong working knowledge of G-Sheets, Excel, SQL basic knowledge will be an advantage</point>
• <point>Basic experience with BI, data visualization</point>
• <point>Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-end financial and
  operational models</point>
• <point>Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skill</point>
• <point>Attention to accuracy and detail required</point>
• <point>Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)</point>
• <point>Flexibility and ability to work with pressing deadlines</point>
• <point>Fluent in English</point>
