About the role

The Senior Manager, Agent Lifecycle and Web Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies and web initiatives to enhance partner engagement and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, lifecycle management, and web optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of high-performing and motivated individual contributors.

  • Develop and implement B2B lifecycle and web marketing strategies to drive partner acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Lead the creation and execution of lifecycle and web marketing initiatives to optimize the partner experience and drive conversions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and business operations, to ensure seamless and successful campaign launches.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment and target campaigns effectively, ensuring personalized and relevant communications.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the B2B documentation and SOPs, centralizing resources and enhancing information sharing.

  • Spearhead audience testing and expansion initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and web marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization.

  • Troubleshoot and QA issues as needed with new and existing programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Support testing and optimization of lifecycle programming and share takeaways with the broader organization.

  • Drive web and lifecycle platform optimization, maintenance and tooling.

  • Partner with product, engineering, design and analytics teams to drive web platform roadmap. 

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical execution. 

  • Work with data science to provide web analytics data, dashboards, and communicate performance insights and recommendations.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $139,800.00 - $223,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in web and app marketing including proficiency in landing page optimization, content strategy, UX, SEO, and onsite merchandising. As well as marketing automation, email deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and short-form copywriting. 

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Inspiring and leading individuals to achieve business goals. 

  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B and customer marketing.

  • A cross-functional collaborator who thrives in establishing relationships with integrated marketing teams, creative teams, and content creators.

  • Extensive experience leveraging marketing tools to create, optimize, and personalize web user experiences such as Optimizely, Contentsquare, and SimonData. Familiarity with WordPress, SEO best practices, HTML and CSS preferred

  • Strong analytical skills; expert in interpreting digital funnel metrics to generate actionable insights. Proficient in web analytics, contextualizing data to understand customer behavior. Familiarity with analytics tools Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mode and Tableau preferred

  • Extensive experience utilizing advanced marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot. 

  • You collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
