At dentsu Finland, we are looking for a new team member to join our diverse and agile broadcast specialist team in our Media practice. At dentsu you’d have the possibility to collaborate with some of the industry's major advertisers, both local and global, partake in interesting development projects, collaborate with various stakeholders and create an interesting career path along the way.

About the role:

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in development projects that match your interests and strengths.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution and management of TV, video, audio, radio and cinema campaigns from setup to monitoring and reporting

  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners and understand key market developments.
  • Participate in pitch work, annual negotiations and strategic planning together with client teams.
  • Support internal competence development and assist junior team members in daily work.
  • Stay updated about industry changes, translating emerging trends and developments into actionable recommendations both internally and to our clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships within the client services team and with clients, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have at least two years of hands-on experience of broadcast planning and buying. Experience in programmatic buying is considered as a plus.
  • Have experience in the most common media buying platforms within TV, video and audio. Experience in other media buying platforms such as DV360 is an advantage.
  • Are comfortable with different types of data and have some experience in organizational tasks and project management, so you can keep up with the fast-moving pace of our industry.
  • Have a strong learning mindset and want to constantly learn and improve yourself.
  • Are service-oriented and enjoy helping our customers to succeed.
  • Bring proactivity and adaptability, ideally combined with a curious and tenacious mindset.
  • Demonstrate accountability and a solution-oriented mindset in your daily work.
  • Possess strong consultative skills, enabling you to guide clients and colleagues with clarity and confidence.
  • Are naturally curious and open to exploring new ways of working, including leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies.

The team is full of individuals with their areas of expertise and interests, but they also work very independently – all of this we also expect of you. We will provide you with full training when you join, but we will also keep offering you more of that regularly to help you in your daily work.

We offer:

  • The opportunity to work with some of the biggest advertisers in Finland and make a meaningful impact on their day-to-day and long-term advertising activities.
  • A Chance to deepen your skills in broadcast advertising across channels and the possibility to shape your own career path within dentsu.
