Job Description

The role of the Senior Growth Manager for Retail Media is to showcase to brands how they can leverage the HelloFresh Group customer base to drive awareness, consideration & purchase behaviour of their product or  brand. With a variety of campaign options including product sampling, recipe sponsorship and integration - this role is suited for an individual with demonstrated sales and project management experience. You will be critical in scaling growth efforts within one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies. 

This role will report to the Growth Lead and will be based in our Chippendale campus, Sydney. You will be embedded in a high performing local & global Marketing team that values and supports personal growth. You will…

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and achieve sales targets across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify key growth opportunities within our local and global partners network as well as scoping new key partnerships opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sampling and recipe integration partners and advertisers. Understand their needs, objectives, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions. Develop and provide them with post-campaigns granular analysis to strengthen partnership effectiveness
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions as well as alignment with HelloFresh company goals and objectives
  • Oversee and coordinate campaign logistic with Product and Operations teams
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to local and global senior management
  • Work closely with other growth channels, brand team, operations, legal and procurement teams to align sales efforts with overall HelloFresh company goals and ensure seamless campaign execution and fulfilment

You have…

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing (agency or corporate), Sales / Business Development; exposure in the grocery / FMCG industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong network in FMCG and media agencies, possibly with a solid, proven clients portfolio, is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a structured way of working
