As Marketing Intern - Vaccines in our process manufacturing team, you’ll be incharge of general marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations.

Main responsibilities:

• General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations
• Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activities
• Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendors
• Prepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action items
• Support team on meeting minutes and co-ordination
• Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date
• Creation of new vendors/HCO/HCP
• Managing event invoices and contracts/MOUs
• Submission of payments for events and sponsorship activities
• Submission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the system
• Support sales execution (releasing of orders) during high season especially for flu

About you

• Bachelor degree in relevant fields
• Good attitude and communication skills
