您需要从旅游业分销和上海迪士尼度假区执行的角度全面了解上海迪士尼度假区的业务,以支持旅游业销售团队逐年实现销售目标。该职位将直接向总监,旅游贸易销售汇报,并与旅游贸易销售总监和经理密切合作,以支持更高效的沟通。

工作内容:

  • 收集数据和情报,分析不同产品的销售趋势和旅游业合作伙伴的表现,以更好地识别业务的差距或新机会。
  • 准备跟踪报告并支持销售总监监控关键节点或关键因素。
  • 根据商务计划的要求,负责各个旅游业合作伙伴的目标设定。
  • 管理和跟踪旅游业销售团队的费用,并支持销售总监及时有效的进行调整。
  • 承担与规划相关的其他项目和计划。
  • 促进旅游业销售团队的产品规划流程,并作为产品规划团队中的代表。
  • 支持销售总监与不同的销售团队制定一致的战略思维和规划方法,包括表格、工具等,并使每个销售团队都能发展销售策略。
  • 识别、评估和确定新业务增长机会的优先顺序。
  • 管理旅游业合作伙伴的售后运营职能,以确保团队保质交付。

  • 大学以上学历,MBA 学位优先。

Job Summary:

The job holder supports the Travel Trade Sales team’s planning and integration. He/she is responsible for data/performance analysis, supporting the Director of Travel Trade Sales in formulating sales strategy and priorities, managing and tracking Travel Trade expenses usage, product planning, and consolidating communication with the commercial master planning team.

This position needs to have a thorough understanding of Shanghai Disney Resort's (SHDR) business from a travel trade distribution and SHDR fulfillment perspective to support the Travel Trade Sales team in achieving their sales goals year over year. This position will report to Director, Travel Trade Sales directly, with close collaboration with Travel Trade Sales Directors and Managers to support the communication efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Intelligence collection and provide analysis of sales trends for different products,  and travel trade partners' performance to identify business gaps or new opportunities better
  • Prepare the tracking report and support sales leader to monitor the key milestones or critical factors
  • Responsible for individual Travel trade partners' target setting based on commercial planning requirement
  • Managing and tracking Travel Trade Sales team expenses and supporting the sales leader to adjust based on the efficiency
  • Take up other projects and initiatives related to the planning
  • Facilitate the product planning process from Travel Trade Sales team and be representative with the product planning committee
  • Support sales leader to develop consistent strategic thinking & planning approach across different sales teams (including template, tool, etc.) and enable each sales team to do develop the sales strategy
  • Identify, assess and prioritize new business growth opportunities
  • Managing travel trade partners’ after-sales operational function to ensure the team deliverable quality

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience, consulting or strategic planning experience is plus
  • University degree and above, MBA degree preferred
  • Thorough understanding of the travel industry, with a macroeconomic perspective in order to facilitate product planning and strategic analysis
  • Strong logical and critical thinking, and the courage to challenge the status quo, in order to drive improvement on existing products, workflow, etc.
  • Result orientation and begin with end in mind
  • A driver with efficient and effective communication skills and a teamwork spirit
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Command of both English and Mandarin
  • Active, energetic, self-motivated, down-to-earth working style, can work under pressure and focus on results
