Intern - Talent Acquisition

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Intern supports recruitment operations through data analysis, reporting, and process support to improve hiring effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire

• Create reports and dashboards tracking hiring performance

• Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Support recruiters with process optimization and workflow improvements

• Assist with recruitment technology implementation and system troubleshooting

• Monitor candidate experience metrics and support improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field

• 0-6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or analytics (internships and projects included)

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks
