We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Scientist to join our team and drive innovation in solving high-value business challenges. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge AI models tailored to real-world applications. You will conduct applied research using state-of-the-art techniques in areas such as:

You will be responsible for the full research lifecycle—from literature review and concept development to prototyping and delivering production-ready models that make a measurable impact.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise and a passion for AI innovation. Ideal qualifications include:

• Experience with compilers: LLVM, MLIR, Triton
• Proficiency in AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX
• Familiarity with AI model architectures: Transformers, DNNs, CNNs
• Programming skills in C/C++ and Python
• Knowledge of workload distribution, code generation, and hardware architecture
• Strong background in code optimization, performance analysis, and benchmarking
• Experience in open-source contribution and upstream engagement
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on research ideas
