“I can succeed as a Delivery Lead at Capital Group.”

As a Delivery Lead within the Gatekeeper marketing pod, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining delivery processes as we grow the Institutional business. This is a fast-paced, high-volume team that holds itself and others to high standards – you will be responsible for making sure the highest quality work is consistently delivered. We are looking for someone who thrives on organization and process improvement with a focus on team efficiency and engagement.  If you are action-oriented, nimble, and love to navigate ambiguity, this might be the opportunity for you.  The Gatekeeper team’s work consists of time-sensitive, thought leadership and volatility content delivered across all marketing channels so you will rapidly gain experience working on all types of marketing campaign assets.

As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for shepherding the full delivery cycle for marketing and/or operational initiatives of varying complexity. Your proficiency in project management, prior delivery of marketing initiatives and capability to be empathetic in navigating multiple and diverse sets of stakeholders will drive your success in this role. You index high on operational excellence and have a continuous improvement mindset, as well as solid analytical, critical-thinking and forward-thinking skills. You have a bias for action and constant drive for results that works well in deadline driven environments.

I am the right person Capital Group is looking for:

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management and delivery, as well as experience developing and implementing new processes within large teams.
  • You have a strong ability to coordinate work across multiple channels and functions, helping others to understand key priorities and dependencies to accomplish high-quality work.
  • You are energetic and enjoy having fun while you work – you are looking forward to playing a pivotal role in forming and maintaining a top-performing team.
  • You are process driven and are up for the challenge of ensuring all campaigns, assets and projects are delivered on time and with impeccable accuracy.
  • You look forward to leading the daily stand-up meetings and holding the team accountable to goals and deadlines.
  • You can drive the delivery of both internal and external teams – liaising with agencies and other external partners to ensure work is delivered effectively and on time.
  • You have a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and have successfully applied continuous improvement practices in your prior professional position(s).
  • You are highly analytical in nature and look forward to the challenge of continuing to develop and leverage the team’s delivery metrics to drive continued operational excellence.
  • You lead with integrity by working diligently and accepting responsibility for decisions and outcomes in your purview
  • You are solution oriented – trying to find ways to say yes rather than no
  • Your communication style is focused on empathy, accepting and allowing different perspectives while encouraging transparency and honest dialogue.
  • Experience with Workfront or other digital project management platforms is a plus, but not required.
