Responsibilities:

• Building, leading, and further developing the Order Entry, Master Data & Q Planning line, with a focus on fast, digital, and high‑quality processing of all customer orders in SAP S/4HANA.
• Shaping the digital transformation and driving the continuous development of the line – with a focus on customer orientation, standardization, and modern digital solutions.
• Leading and developing the team through a motivating, clear, and team‑oriented leadership style that promotes autonomous and goal‑oriented work.
• Responsibility for the efficient coordination and execution of Order Entry processes between the Local Sales Organization and Operations, including the optimization of existing workflows

Qualifications:

• Completed technical degree combined with solid business management knowledge
• Several years of leadership experience as an Operations Manager
• Comprehensive Lean training, at least Green Belt, and corresponding practical experience
• Independent, structured way of working as well as a confident professional demeanor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and a solution‑oriented approach
• Good English skills (level B2/C1)
