The Job:  

As Vice President Finance, T&O Global Manufacturing, you’ll be part of our Toos & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team working as a hybrid employee. This role reports into the CFO, Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain, leads Regional/Factory Finance Leaders, and interfaces with Supply Chain Leadership Team, Operations Strategy, Quality, Brand Leaders, Audit, Treasury, Tax and Compliance. Responsible for driving financial excellence across a global network of approximately 45 manufacturing facilities, this highly visible position partners closely with executive leadership and local management teams to ensure robust internal controls, compliance, financial reporting accuracy, strategic financial planning, and operational performance. The role is instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and delivering sustainable returns on capital for the Tools & Outdoor business. You’ll get to:  

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Lead manufacturing finance for a global network of ~45 factories, aligning financial strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize costs, drive profitability, and maximize returns on capital employed.
  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on investments, restructuring, and operational improvements.
  • Influence local and regional teams to deliver consolidated global manufacturing expectations.

2. Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Direct preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements and management reports for the global manufacturing network.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Champion advanced activity-based costing, should-costing, and refined cost allocation methodologies to enhance profitability insights and cost transparency.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Oversee design and implementation of internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOX, and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with Controllership and Audit teams to address findings, implement gap closure solutions, and continuously improve controls across all manufacturing sites.

4. Transformation & Network Optimization

  • Lead financial aspects of restructuring, footprint optimization, and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and project execution.
  • Monitor and drive factory and network-level performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, productivity, and value creation.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering leaders to deliver continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing results.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Culture

  • Serve as a key finance partner to senior executives, factory leadership, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights and foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing environments and global operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams and complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in internal controls, compliance, financial reporting, FP&A, and advanced cost accounting.
  • Proven track record in driving operational performance, restructuring, and delivering strategic business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate with a global mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The Salary range for this position is $189,600.00 - $338,000.00
  • This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
