Your challenge 

The Operational Readiness Project Manager will be a member of the Service Operations team, responsible for guiding and facilitating the successful Entry-Into-Service of Sandvik equipment with multiple customers, managing expectation and ensuring consistent delivery globally. 

 

Your main responsibilities 

  • Guide and support multiple initiatives and track business case deviations, escalating issues and establish operational readiness governance  

  • Facilitate communication, track and enhance key relationships between production unit and sales areas teams to ensure efficient, customer focused and mutual profitable businesses 

  • Instil and implement the operational readiness philosophy and set the strategic direction to drive operations service excellence for operational readiness globally 

  • Interact closely with key stakeholders: within service operation, commercial, engineering, sourcing, suppliers, logistics, and other divisions  

 

Your success factor 

  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and conflict management skills to manage a diverse group of stakeholders. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and successful internal and external stakeholder relationships 

  • High level of organizing and reporting skills with attention to details 

  • Several years’ experience in international business management consulting
