About the Role & Team:

The Project Manager & Lead Content Analyst (Internal Assignment) role is an exciting opportunity to combine analytical expertise with project management skills to drive innovation and collaboration across The Walt Disney Company. This high-visibility position supports the launch of a technology-powered employee virtual assistant, ensuring it delivers an exceptional employee experience. You will work closely with key stakeholders and contributors to ensure the product delivery which is powered by content that is accurate, accessible, and impactful. This role sits at the intersection of new technology, internal communications, and organizational change, making it ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in both storytelling with analytics and managing deliverables to guide strategy.


What You Will Do:
 

As a Project Manager & Lead Content Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping content strategies and managing the delivery of a tech-powered employee virtual assistant. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to inspire success and foster collaboration. Your responsibilities will include the following.

  • Support the execution of the end-to-end content strategy with project management and analytics
  • Operate with a wide sphere of influence, cultivating strong relationships across functions and levels - turning subject matter experts into engaged content partners without relying on formal authority to drive results
  • Drive strategy to track content quality KPIs, identify gaps, and prioritize high-impact areas for development
  • Track and report on content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and repeat users
  • Support the delivery of executive-level updates on virtual assistant content progress, adoption trends, and strategic priorities
  • Support content governance standards, including review cadences and workflows to maintain accuracy and trustworthiness
  • Develop frameworks to evaluate content quality and strategic alignment
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities within the content ecosystem
  • Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear content and promotion recommendations
  • Define and manage end-to-end project plans for the launch of the virtual assistant
  • Run cross-functional meetings and stakeholder reviews with clear agendas and outputs
  • Proactively identify and resolve barriers to ensure timely delivery
     

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in content analysis and/or project management
  • Proficiency leveraging Smartsheet and Airtable as project management tools
  • Familiarity working on initiatives involving emerging technology such as CoPilot and Claude
  • Experience driving technology-enabled initiatives, in close partnership with technology delivery teams 
  • Knowledge of technology governance, risk and responsible-use frameworks
  • Aptitude for navigating corporate communications platforms and priorities
  • Proficiency in content analysis and performance tracking tools
  • Strong project management skills, including scope definition and milestone planning
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Experience with storytelling and analytics to guide strategy

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $115,500.00 to $154,800.00 per year and in Florida is $110,000.00 to $147,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
