About the Role:

Associate Marketing Manager, Disney Consumer Products, will develop and implement marketing strategies and manage promotions / campaigns, with the aim to enhance Disney’s brand value, expand consumer touch point, and drive business growth & sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns in close collaboration with major online/ offline channels, key licensees, and campaign organizers
  • Plan and implement comprehensive social marketing initiatives with key licensees, agencies, and internal social media teams
  • Manage marketing campaigns as a project manager: set a clear objective, coordinate with stakeholders, address challenges, and deliver results  
  • Partner with cross-functional business team (Studio, Disney+, Game, and Integrated Marketing, APAC franchise team) to execute successful joint promotions

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C marketing preferably with a major retail channel, social media platform, or direct-to-consumer brand
  • Project management experience in a cross-functional organization structure
  • B2C marketing campaign experience with major consumer brands; experience in brand collaborations, on/offline events, or BTL promotions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of licensing and retail business, with a deep understanding of consumer trends.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results, with a strong “partnership” mentality  
  • Strong planning and execution skills, able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player and able to work under high pressure
  • Problem solving skills: able to resolve issues independently and communicate solutions effectively
  • Creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
