Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations, Cisco Unified Communications Manager 12.x/14.x/Call Manager, Voice Gateways, Mediant 2600 AudioCodes SBC.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 2 Troubleshoot issues with Voice Network. Management and troubleshooting of AudioCodes Mediant 2600 devices, including Cisco IP phones, legacy intercoms, and Polycom. 3 Operations support experience for Large IP Telephony L2 support environment consisting of preferably Cisco Call Manager, Hands on supporting. 4 Experience in Mediant 2600 AudioCodes SBC, CUCM 14.X Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - • Must have a strong background in traditional IPT Networking. • Configuration and troubleshooting skills on Call Manager (11.x,12.5,14.x) • Configuration and troubleshooting skills for Cisco IP Phones, legacy intercoms, and Polycom phones (MACD). • Strong knowledge in PRI, SIP, FXO, FXS, Analog line, Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP/H.323/MGCP/SCCP. • Hands on Experience in Cisco Unified Call Manager, AudioCodes SBC Mediant 2600. • Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices. • Monitor and provide operational support (L1, L2) for Cisco Unified Communication systems. • Have clear understanding on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signaling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - The JOB FAMILY GROUP is Information Technology Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
