通常情况下，您需要：

严格遵守OTIS道德规范。 负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全（EH&S）政策和法规、公司的安全规程，以及当地的安全政策和法规，积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。 严格遵守OTIS全球能源管理规定，执行公司制定的能源管理政策。及时向直接主管报告工作区域内发生的各类能源管控存在的问题。 研究并掌握不同国家和地区电梯设计标准和规范，以及WWJSSS要求； 标准产品的基础上，利用Creo/CAD进行参数化柔性设计进行客户化定制，满足客户特殊需求； 为制造、销售、工地安装提供技术支持； 图纸标准化设计，降低非标比例； 进行部件的非标开发设计并负责测试验证； 能够对电梯部件或整梯进行计算和分析； 校对和审核合同设计非标方案； 领导安排的其他工作。

成功的候选人需要具备

Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格

机械工程或机电类专业，大学本科及以上学历；

Experience工作经验

5年以上相关机械设计经验，3年以上行业经验；

Knowledge专业知识

精通Creo、AUTOCAD，熟练操作Office等办公软件；

英语CET-4或以上，能够阅读英文图纸、技术资料及简单商业信函书写，口语熟练者优先考虑；

有电梯研发项目管理经验或熟悉电梯研发流程者优先；

对关键部件有资深开发经验者优先；

有主持轨道交通项目管理经验者优先；

Others 其他

具备良好的团队合作精神，积极乐观和高度的责任心，实践能力强。
