MSIG USA is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst Intern to support our team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and data analysis. The role involves working with financial models, analyzing key performance metrics, and assisting in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by gathering financial data and updating financial models.

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis of actual vs. forecasted results.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

• Work with large datasets to generate insights and support business decisions. • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as cost analysis, revenue projections, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and PowerPoint).

• Willing to learn financial statements and key financial metrics. • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Program Overview/Benefits:

• Program Dates: June 2, 2026- August 14, 2026

• 3 Day Induction: June 2 - June 4, 2026 (location, Warren, NJ)

• Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 3 days in the office per week

• Compensation: Hourly rate of $25.00
