What You Will Do:

The Scan Specialist role is an independent, individual contributor position requiring expert judgement and professional mastery in medical imaging. Operating with minimal supervision, this role involves processing and analyzing CT scans for customized cranial implants, utilizing specialized software and ensuring accurate data transfer to global design teams.

  • Collaborate with the Customized Implant Design team to process and analyze incoming medical imaging scans (e.g., CT) for patient-specific implant designs.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation and analysis of scans, supporting seamless data transfer to global design teams and manufacturing.
  • Execute meticulous work with a keen eye for detail, recognizing the crucial impact of precision in every task.
  • Cultivate trust and collaborative partnerships with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and project success.
  • Deliver clear and articulate updates to stakeholders, effectively communicating issues and progress in a concise manner.

What You Need:

Required

  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in medical imaging or related fields
  • Reside in Pacific Standard Time zone, ability to meet work schedule

Preferred

  • Degree in medical imaging
  • Fundamental understanding of anatomy and medical imaging principles.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.

$35.12 – $49.37 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
