As part of our Rapid Diagnostics business, you will play a critical role in expanding access to innovative diagnostic solutions that support clinicians and healthcare systems across Singapore.

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Rapid Diagnostics business in Singapore through distributor partnerships. This role offers high visibility, meaningful market impact, and strong exposure to regional stakeholders across Asia Pacific.

You will own country performance, shape distributor capability, and position Abbott as a trusted leader in infectious disease diagnostics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Commercial & Market Leadership

  • Own and deliver country sales performance, including quarterly LBEs, forecasting, and demand planning
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion through effective distributor management
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activity

Distributor & Customer Excellence

  • Lead, coach, and influence distributor sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure high standards of customer support, compliance, and ethical selling

Strategy Execution & Collaboration

  • Execute regional and local marketing initiatives in partnership with APAC Marketing
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and customer events (including HCP approvals and logistics)
  • Represent Singapore at regional or international meetings, conferences, and training programs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Nursing, or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare sales
  • Proven experience working with or managing distributors
  • Confident communicator who can influence across cultures and organizational boundaries
