Summary:
As an Oracle Cloud Delivery Excellence Lead you should have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex, multi-technology (primary being Oracle Fusion Cloud) implementations, transformations, and migrations across diverse industry verticals. This role is critical for turning around RED /AMBER projects requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Leadership:
• Lead Oracle fusion Cloud projects including planning, solutioning, design, build, test and hyper care
• Drove excellence through agile methodologies, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives and focus on transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards
2. Recovery Lead:
• You will lead and drive the recovery of Oracle Programs which are Red or Amber including assessment of the program, causal analysis, recovery plan, alignment and driving it to Green
• Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), drove reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs
• Tracked and analyzed key schedule, quality & financial metrics, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance
3. Stakeholder Management
• Built and maintained trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement
• Led Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-to have:
• Strong Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SI programs with 20 years total experience with 15 years as a Program Manager and Recovery Lead in Oracle SI programs
• Experience in atleast 2 of following industries: Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, or Life Sciences
• Proficiency in one or more business domains eg Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Experience
• Hands-on techno-functional consultant in at least 2 of Oracle fusion modules before moving into Delivery roles
• Good experience in SOW authoring - Strong grasp of contract structures, commercial management principles, and cost optimization strategies

• PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
• Oracle Cloud Certified
• At least 16 years full-time education is required
