Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, Master’s or Ph. D degree with 3 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering discipline

• AI/ML Experience- 5+ years in AI/ML and software engineering with measurable impact

• Autonomous AI mastery - Hands-on experience developing LLMs and autonomous AI systems using multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) and RAG pipeline development with vector databases

• Applied AI track record - Demonstrated success applying AI/ML, agentic AI, deep learning/computer vision (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV), and statistical methods to high-volume data extraction and insights

• Full-stack Python - Python for end-to-end system development including data parsing, ETL pipelines, UI frameworks (Streamlit, Flask), database integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and API development (FastAPI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing AI experience - Experience applying AI/ML solutions to extract insights and solve real manufacturing business problems

• DevOps proficiency - Git version control, CI/CD practices, and MLOps for automated deployment

• Container orchestration - Docker and Kubernetes for scalable system deployment

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $136,900.00-269,150.00 USD
