Responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering Payment Services operational and technical training modules to enhance employee knowledge and skills necessary to be effective, efficient, and excel in their roles. The role not only coordinates training but maintains sufficient knowledge of the functions performed by the team to provide continuing mentoring, coaching, and support to employees. Actively manages and escalates risks and issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Provides ad hoc coaching, knowledge leadership, mentoring, and ongoing support to employees who participated in training.
Drives continuous improvement. Ensures training evaluations are conducted in a timely manner and that any issues resolved or improvements are incorporated.
Participates in the development of job aid and process documentation improvements.
Ensures policies and procedures are updated in accordance with CMS
Forecasts and develops roadmaps for learning needs, provides thought leadership to needs assessment, coordinates the prioritization of classes for the training delivery schedule. Identifies employee operational and technical knowledge gaps and determines training needs. Works with multiple stakeholders to develop training project plans and training roadmaps to drive employee performance.
Provides leadership to ensure cost-effective and relevant job-related training in the most suitable format (e.g., classes, lunch-and-learns, open houses, and guest speakers) is being delivered. Delivers formal and informal training when appropriate, or works to bring in speakers, classes, or content when needed. Publishes engaging learning content on shared sites (e.g., SharePoint, yammer).
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Technology, Education, or related field
6+ years of experience in banking, payments, training coordination, communication, business analysis, business, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in banking, payments, training coordination, communication, business analysis, business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience using Salesforce

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
