Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting modern technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- In-depth understanding of front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
- Ability to work within agile development teams and utilize continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
