Commercial & Operations Senior Analyst

Where do you fit?  

The Commercial and Ops Senior Analyst will report to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will support in improving commercial and fiscal outcomes for Home-in. You will play a vital role in driving better margin outcomes. 

What you’ll do day-to-day 

• Commercial analysis: Analyse and optimise revenue and cost drivers by deeply understanding underlying business operations across the country. 

• Commercial projects – Support delivery and execution of commercial projects that improve margin outcomes. 

• Supplier administration & invoicing: Process invoices for key suppliers across various payment systems. 

• Partnering: Work closely with finance business partners to support & improve financial reporting and analysis. 

• Report on outcomes: Setting up and ongoing management of dashboards to report on business performance and commercial outcomes delivered. 

• Internal collaboration: Work with internal cross functional teams to help achieve planned objectives. 

The impact of your role will be 

• Delivering accurate and detailed cost to serve reporting using existing toolsets. 

• Managing monthly revenue and cost reporting. 

• Budget tracking & spend insights. 

• Suppliers spend management & on time supplier payments. 

• Uplifting internal process improvements to improve finance, supplier, and commercial processes. 

• Relevant reporting and dashboard available to internal stakeholders 

What will I need to be successful in the role? 

• Strong commercial acumen and quantitative mindset 

• Understanding of financial and management reporting 

• Familiarity with Analytics toolset: advanced user of excel, knowledge of Mix Panel and AWS Quicksight helpful. 

• Ability to use data to distil insights & drive margin optimisation. 

• Demonstrated skills in data visualisation and dashboard creation is ideal but not essential.  

• Eye for detail and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
