Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the desired requirements and function seamlessly within the intended environment. The engineer actively oversees the progress of the project, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the final product aligns with the overall objectives and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline application deployment and management.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
