Technical Leadership
Lead the development of high-quality, scalable Java applications.
Provide clear technical direction and design guidance to the team.

Champion modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, modular design, and cloud-native development.
People Management
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their growth and performance.
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.
Participate in hiring and onboarding processes to build a strong engineering team.
Project Execution
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:
