Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • SAP FI Implementation and Support:
  • Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP FI projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.
  • Configure SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Banking.
  • Business Process Analysis:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for financial processes and SAP FI functionalities.
  • Customization and Enhancement:
  • Develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP or other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure system integrity and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
  • Develop user manuals and guides to facilitate the smooth adoption of SAP FI solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FI systems, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.

Skills

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support.
  • Proven experience in full-lifecycle SAP FI project implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO).
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including development tools like ABAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
